Objectives To enable the students- 
• To promote understanding of basic terms, facts and concepts, processes, techniques and principles in Chemistry while retaining the excitement of Chemistry. 
• To make students capable of studying Chemistry in academic and Industrial courses. 
• To expose the students to various emerging new areas of Chemistry and apprise them with their prevalent in their future studies and their applications in various spheres of chemical sciences. 
• To cultivate scientific approach & eco-friendly mindset among students. 
• To expose the students to different processes used in Industries and their applications. 
• To expose and to develop interest in the fields of chemistry 
• To develop the power of appreciations, the achievements in Chemistry and role in nature and society. 
• To develop skills required in chemistry such as the proper handling of apparatus and chemicals.

Future Plans - 
1. To start the Short Term Course prescribed by Shivaji University, Kolhapur. 
2. To provide consultancy for farmers,grampanchayat by analyzing water and soil samples for Savlaj area villages. 
3. To collaborate with industry. 
4.To provide an interesting & sound basis in the discipline of chemistry for those wishing to undertake further studies in chemistry or one of the many cognate areas of science . 
5. To collaborate with with research institutions.
